Your key is written once to a local .env file and preserved for every future run. FAMA never sends it anywhere except directly to the model API.
FAMA tracks each person separately — their interview, concepts, Blueprint, Vault, and costs. Add someone new any time.
Your work is saved. Nothing has been lost.
The Salon — a formation interview for creators
This is an eight-stage walk from who you are to a printed Blueprint — a document you can act on and show to someone whose judgment you trust.
FAMA interviews you properly: your story and voice, what you already own, what you are obsessed with, the hours and money you actually have, and where your unfair advantage is. Then it builds a profile, generates creator concepts you could really pursue, scores them against you, argues the other side, and writes the Blueprint — positioning, channels, a 90-day ramp and an income model with its assumptions shown.
Every number carries the date it was true. Income figures are scenario ranges, never promises. It will tell you when the honest answer is no. Expect it to take a while — it is an interview, not a form.
Optional but recommended — the more FAMA knows going in, the less it asks and the deeper it digs. Everything stays on this machine.
